Heffner, as in Heffner Performance has introduced a special tuning package for the Lamborghini Gallardo that could stir the same havoc as a pin-up model on Hugh Hefner’s Playboy magazine centerfold. The Florida-based firm has enhanced the Gallardo’s 5.0-liter V10 engine with the addition of twin-turbos, polished crankshaft journals, a new custom exhaust system and a series of other mods that help boost power to an outrageous 930 HP –at the wheels… It is not clear if Heffner Performance offers buyers the option to disable the Gallardo’s AWD system sending all that massive power to the rear wheels as it has done in the past with other modified Lamborghinis, though that’s something we’d like to see in action –from a safe distance of course.
